Something Awful Social Justice Trainwrecks: Check Your Privilege Cus Scum!

I’m a big believer in social justice in the actual form and concept that people should generally stop being assholes towards each other, and also calling out stupid bullshit when and where it happens, but SJ on Tumblr has me burnt the fuck out. I’m going back to actual bricks and mortar anti-racism stuff - the kind that occasionally ends up in a scuffle with Newtown police or half-melted white supremacists or, on a good day, getting the ear of policy makers - instead of dealing with Tumblr, because for the life of me I can’t deal with having every useful conversation getting hijacked and derailed by oppression Olympics gold medallist Homestuck otherkin saying that not having grey skin is like being transgender or some bullshit like that.

When there are less fringe weirdos at a Fight Dem Back rally than there are in an average SJ discussion on tumblr, it’s time to check out.
